Terms of Use

Eligibility. You must be 18+ and use this service only with the knowledge and consent of your partner.

Acceptable use. Don't send an invite to anyone who hasn't agreed to take the test with you. The content is for personal, consensual use between partners.

Your content. You are responsible for anything you submit, including your nickname, private notes, and any feedback. Don't submit unlawful content or material that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion. To report content you believe infringes your rights, contact the support address with enough detail to identify it, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

Not professional advice. Results are for entertainment and conversation, not medical, psychological, or relationship advice. Always communicate and seek consent directly with your partner.

Payments & refunds. The full report is a one-time purchase that unlocks results for both partners. Because it's a digital good delivered immediately, refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support if something went wrong.

Availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Dispute resolution. Where the law that applies to you permits it, any dispute that can't be resolved with support will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to bring or join a class action. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, in the state or federal courts located in New York. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing the support address within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under your local law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
